How Dairy Products Are Ruining Your Health

Did you know dairy products have twice as much cholesterol as any meat?


If you have struggles with high cholesterol or high blood pressure, you’ll want to pay attention this. Many people don’t understand why their cholesterol or blood pressure is high and often times it is due to their consumption of dairy.



Dairy is the 2nd leading cause of just about every cancer!


In my 17 years of working with people as a health and wellness coach, I have observed this in clients who were diagnosed with cancer.


Dairy is the root cause more often than not. Thankfully, I have helped many individuals and showed them how to follow a path to healing through lifestyle change.


So if dairy is so harmful, you’re probably asking “What can I eat instead?”


Following are two ways you can make substitutions - Change your milk and change your butter.


Milk


To avoid consuming dairy milk, some will choose almond milk or soy milk. Those are great but they are only good choices if you don’t have issues with weight.


Your best choice when replacing dairy milk is - Rice milk. Rice milk is lactose-free, dairy-free, and cholesterol free.

Butter

To avoid the harmful effects of dairy butter, use an unsalted butter. Stay away from products such as I Can’t Believe It’s Not Butter, Shed Spread, Country Crock, and Smart Balance.


These are one degree away from plastic. And guess what else -they float! You must steer clear from these.

If you want to start with one modification category in your diet that’s going to make a significant impact on how you feel and on your future health, I recommend getting the dairy out of your life.
