

About the Chef
Paul Ritter is an 18-year expert on health and wellness. He co-founded Heart, Mind and Body, and is the CEO of The Ritter Way. Paul has personally coached over 8,000 clients and families to achieve their health and wellness goals. His clients are also political leaders, pastors, professional athletes, and notable celebrities.

Paul is a sought after invigorating public speaker who has led thousands of clients to heal through food. He serves in public and private sectors, including private educational institutions, churches, corporations, and social and civic organizations, delivering information and training to reverse many chronic diseases such as high blood pressure, diabetes, obesity, cancers, high cholesterol, lupus, asthma, and other health challenges.

For the past few years Paul has been a featured speaker and provides cooking demonstrations at the Family Fit Fest, hosted by the Community Council for the City of Dallas, and has produced five cooking shows for their All-of-Us Research Program nationwide. Paul has been featured in the Wall Street Journal, Hartford Courant, and local DFW publications. In 2025 he appeared on NBC, Fox Good Day, CW33, 105.7 KRNB with Lynne Haze, and Chris Arnold’s nationally syndicated “Better Living” radio show. Paul Ritter has previously been a featured guest on K104 with Dede McGuire in over eighty markets, the nationally syndicated Doug Banks show, and The Force of Friendship on 990 AM Detroit.

Paul launched a unique beverage called Fred Hammond Ginger Infusion, which gives consumers a healthier beverage choice over sodas and caffeinated drinks.

Paul has provided wellness programs for American Airlines, AT&T, Dallas Independent School District, Linebarger, Googan, Blair law firm, and 100 Black Men chapters. He has held consulting and cooking contracts with Southern Methodist University, Texas Christian University and UT Arlington and Midwestern State University Men’s Basketball teams for game day and pre-game day meals. In 2025 he added the University of Memphis Men’s Basketball to his roster (NCAA March Madness post-game meals).

Paul lives in the Dallas metroplex with his wife Kimberly and has been an active member at The Potter’s House for over 20 years and is a partner of TD Jakes Ministries.
